"Yessss snow!!!" is probably what 80% of Belgium was thinking yesterday morning. My thoughts? "How am I supposed to find a outfit that doesn't make me freeze and looks actually pretty ok?". Yeah yeah, I know, "first world problems", but sometimes you're just in the mood to wear something sassy and nothing can stop you. Nope, not even minus 2 degrees. Thank God the snow had already melted this morning and I didn't had to walk through it like an insecure penguin. Anyway, being tempted to wear a lot of dark tones these days, I decided to go for an all black outfit and combined it with my sheep jacket from Asos. In order to prevent my legs from becoming ice popsicles, I've put on last year's knee boots and added some sass with red lipstick. Bye-bye tired winterface!
What type of outfit do you wear when it's cold outside?
Hi you guys, what's up? These days have been busy as hell. I'm currently moving all my belongings to Leuven and it isn't going as smooth as I hoped for. (Note: tiny mental breakdown coming up). So while I can barely find the time to post pictures, I forced myself to make a new post today. The result? An easy, casual outfit which includes my new kicks from Take-Off. These Puma Basket Heart Patents immediately caught my eye because the laces reminded me of the girly shoes I used to wear as a kid. Oh and believe me, the shoe obsession had already started at a very young age... What do you think about these sneakers?
By the way, if you're looking for new kicks head over to Take-Off and get a 10% discount by mentioning my blog and following meand Take-Offon Instagram.
Sup you guys? I think I might have a fluffy coat addiction. After my first teddy jacket, I treated myself with another one. This white jacket from Asos is exactly what I was looking for when I started my search for fluffy coats. I love the fact that it's white and has a collar, very 70s. So today I just wore it witch my old (faux) leather trousers and old school Vans. That's it!
Winter is honestly one of the most difficult seasons to pick outfits, don't you think? Or at least to pick outfits that keep you warm. While I actually just want to put on 5 sweaters and my thick pyjama pants and cry because I'm cold - yes I can be a drama queen - I decide to go for a look that doesn't make me look like a crazy cat lady. As you might have noticed, I like to combine different shades of the same color, like for instance grey. Today I added a touch of pink with my Reebok Classics Pearl Pack from Take-Off.
Hi you guys, I hope you've had a nice weekend. Mine has been all about looking at furniture and planning my big move to... Leuven! Back to the outfit... I would normally put on lots of pastel or neutral shades, but this time I tried something different: all types of reds. I really love to experiment with color combinations, so I just randomly took some red and pink items out of my closet. Tip: organizing your wardrobe by color makes this super easy.
